Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that a deposit of $100 is required to confirm your dermal/injectable appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will need to let us know by phone call 03 85602999 (text and email are not acceptable) two business days prior to your appointment. Failure to do this may result in your deposit being forfeited and future appointments will require full prepayment.
Due to extremely high demand, please be advised that late (less than 2 business days) cancellation of an appointment with our surgeons may result in no future appointments being offered to you. To avoid this outcome if you are unwell and therefore should not attend our premises, please inform us ASAP so that we can proceed with a telehealth (Facetime) consultation instead.
