Update from from the Therapeutic Goods Administration regarding advertising cosmetic services.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has provided recent guidance on the advertising of therapeutic goods, such as prescription-only medication used to treat the signs of ageing, outlining revised regulations that all businesses offering these medications must adhere to.
To ensure full compliance and transparency with these regulations, we will be implementing changes to our advertising strategies in the coming weeks and months.
Moving forward some of the changes include advertising price and certain pre/post treatment photos of certain services. This information will no longer be available online or in print, and can only be provided in consultation with a qualified practitioner.
